Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page for Sea to Sky Silver Jewellery.
Here you can find important information regarding booking conditions for our workshops.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a workshop please let me know as soon as possible by email to: info@seatoskysilverjewellery.co.uk.
If you notify me at least 14 days before the booking date you may transfer your place to an alternative date, if available.
If for any reason you would like to cancel your booking, the below rates will apply.
At least 14 days notice before the start date – 50% refund
If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, no refund will be given.
If there is a waiting list and your place is able to be filled,
a refund of 70% may be given our discretion.
Workshop fees are non-refundable. No refunds can be made to those who fail to attend a workshop.
Sea to sky silver jewellery reserves the right to cancel any workshop at short notice. In this event you will be notified as soon as possible and you will be offered a full refund, or you may transfer to an alternative date.
By booking and paying for a workshop you are confirming your agreement to the above terms.
Booking Conditions
When booking a workshop with Sea to Sky Silver Jewellery, please carefully review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
To ensure your safety please make sure that long hair is tied back and closed in shoes are worn. Please don't wear floaty sleeves or fluffy fabrics.
When booking a workshop you are giving permission for photos to be taken during the day and for me to use them on my social media and for advertising on my website and booking sites. If you do not wish me to take your photo please let me know on the day.
